Code Of Conduct

Instant Property Services has a code of conduct that is absolutely integral to the way we do business and the way that we interact with you the client. Your total satisfaction is of utmost importance and our primary concern.
In order to achieve this outcome consistently, all our contractors adhere to the following code of conduct:

• We will discuss all your individual needs and concerns and ensure they are addressed prior to commencing work.
• We will treat your property as if it is our own, and leave it in better shape than when we started.
• We do not allow smoking indoors at job sites and our tradespeople will not leave cigarette butts and other waste materials behind at the job site. Instant Property Services work sites are safety conscious and promote a no alcohol environment.
• We will be well mannered, courteous and professional at all times. There will always be something present to identify your tradesman as our person on the job for your own peace of mind and security.
• At the completion of your job we will conduct a full quality audit in conjunction with yourself.
• We guarantee we will show up on time and meet all commitments. If unable to attend meetings for whatever reason, we will give plenty of notice and reschedule. You will never be kept waiting.
